About Me

My photo
Lizabeth
36 year old wannabe rockstar/cowgirl. Also, a very happy mama of twin girls, backyard chicken farmer and nurse practitioner (not practicing right now). I am married to a musician who "fronts" as a public relations specialist for a school district during the day. His band, "Old Friends," is my favorite. Especially when they let me sing! I love to sing. Playing guitar in public gives me hives but my husband and I have started playing as a duo and so now I play my guitar and sing in public-and I (sometimes) get paid to do it! We live on the north side of a mountain and thus don't have cable/satellite and we choose not to have stuff like picture phones (that's what cameras are for...). I am not against technology- I am just FOR the responsible and polite use of such. I'm using this forum to blog about my challenges, our budding music career, raising twins and anything else that happens on the north side of a mountain!
